Refund policy
Smithey Ironware can accommodate returns for new and unused cookware within 45 days of delivery except for these few conditions – ENGRAVED COOKWARE is final sale and any FACTORY SECOND cookware is also final sale. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or via store credit, less any shipping fees.
Returns will only be accepted if the cookware has not been used and has not been cooked with. Smithey Ironware reserves the right to adjust your return method and return resolution if your item(s) arrive in a condition which does not meet our returns policy. Items that do not meet our return policy will be returned to sender.
*We are unable to provide labels for international orders. Customers outside of the USA wishing to return or exchange will be responsible for their own return shipping.

You will receive a gift card to smithey.com for the full value of the subtotal of the items that you are returning

You will receive a gift card to make your exchange purchase as soon as your return has been tendered to the courier

Gift cards cannot be split or converted to cash or credit to original payment.
Refund to credit card:
You will be provided with a return label and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total. We are unable to provide free return labels for standard returns being refunded to your credit card.

If you’ve paid with Affirm, any repayments already made will be refunded to your Affirm account. If you paid with a Credit Card, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost + return shipping costs) will be refunded to your credit card (please allow 3-5 days for this to post to your account). If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

Returns will be processed within 10 days of your return being delivered. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Mistakes sometime happen, although we endeavor to make these few and far in between. If an item in your order was damaged or you received the wrong item, we will send you the right item or a replacement and provide you with a return slip at no cost to you. Please email support@smithey.com if you have any questions or issues with an order.
